The Red Carpet, The bold, the beautiful, and the ugly.

OSCAR NIGHT!! A.K.A. Prom night for Hollywood. All the A-listers make an appearance in their fanciest garb trying to stay off the worst dressed list, and possibly get the opportunity to grace the pages of the best dressed list. With that being said, there were definitely some stand-outs.

My best dressed celeb of the night goes to:

1. Anna Kendrick. She looked absolutely stunning in this Gown by Elie Saab. The rose blush tone looks fantastic on her cream white skin tone. It is very flowy, and romantic, which is the perfect consistency for an event like the Academy Awards.

Obviously there were many other stars who looked beautiful as well, others worth mentioning are: SJPEEE (Chanel and gold, how could you go wrong?), Sandra Bullock (looking quite like a little golden oscar man herself), Demi Moore appearing to be 20 years old, and of course Cameron Diaz looking elegant, as usual.

Now the award for worst dressed celeb of the night goes to:

Amanda Seyfried. Although I have started to LOVE her, the dress was just an epic fail. Don't get me wrong I sure am a fan of Armani, but there is definitely something off here.

Her skin tone seems even PALER (if it's possible) by the shocking- white of this dress. Her hair, skin tone, and the dress all seem to blend in together, which is not a goal someone should WANT to accomplish. The whole thing is just one big FAIL in my book. Sorry bb, Can't win them all! Maybe next year?

Other celebs that didn't seem very up-to-par: Maggie Gyllenhaal ( although it fit her perfectly, I wasn't into the safari-like print), I also wasn't very impressed with Helen Miren. Despite her being an amazing actress, it seems as if she continues to wear the same dress over and over again to these many award shows. Mariah Carey looked toned down compared to usual, but I still feel like she had too many factors contributing to her outfit. She had the cleavage, and the slit, and the tight dress, and the bold color, and the large brooch, it was just TOO MUCH.
